5.3. Payment is processed through our Wallet system using authorized payment methods.

5.4. Orders must be canceled within the specified timeframe to avoid charges.

5.5. We are not responsible for food quality, preparation errors, or delivery issues caused by restaurant partners.

6.1. The Wallet system allows users to pre-fund accounts for convenient ordering.

6.2. Wallet funds are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3. Wallet balances do not earn interest.

6.4. We may suspend Wallet access for suspected fraudulent activity.

7.1. You must provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive orders.

7.2. You must inspect orders upon delivery and report issues immediately.

7.3. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7.4. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7.5. You must respect the rights of other users and restaurant partners.

8.1. Restaurant partners must maintain required licenses and permits.

8.2. Partners are responsible for food quality, safety, and preparation.

8.3. Partners must fulfill accepted orders according to Platform specifications.

8.4. We may remove partners who fail to meet quality or service standards.

9.1. The Platform and its Content are owned by LunchOnLine.us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or service marks without permission.

9.3. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us license to use it for service provision.
